About the Role: As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager and construction team to support the delivery of projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with a construction or project management background who’s ready to take the next step, gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects Support our Project Manager with purchasing materials & coordinating trades Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams Assist with site setups for new projects Assist with site meetings, reporting and compliance documentation Prepare customer quotes and maintain relationships Provide general project and administrative support as required What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in construction, project coordination or a similar role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Construction industry experience (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
