IEPro are working with a highly regarded civil contractor to hire an experienced Project Manager to deliver defence infrastructure projects across Queensland. This opportunity sits within a business with a strong reputation for delivering complex civil works in secure and regulated environments. You will work closely with the Regional Manager and senior leadership team, taking full responsibility for project outcomes from planning through to handover. This role offers long-term stability, exposure to technically challenging projects, and the chance to operate at a senior level within a well-structured contractor environment. The Opportunity As Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of defence projects, ensuring safety, quality, program, and commercial objectives are consistently achieved. You will manage multidisciplinary site teams, consultants, and subcontractors, while maintaining strong relationships with client representatives and internal stakeholders. This role suits a confident leader who enjoys accountability, structure, and delivering projects in high-compliance environments.
