A well-established retail travel agency in Western Sydney is looking for a customer-first Travel Consultant to join their local store team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building itineraries, managing bookings end-to-end, and creating repeat clients through great service. The role Consult with walk-in and phone/email clients to tailor domestic and international trips Quote, book, ticket, amend and reissue across flights, accommodation, tours, cruises and packages Liaise with suppliers, manage confirmations, schedule changes and problem-solve when plans shift Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and booking compliance Build a repeat and referral base through follow-up and relationship-led service What we're looking for Previous retail travel consulting experience (highly regarded) Strong booking systems and GDS capability (any major system) Confident communicator with a sales-through-service approach Excellent attention to detail, organisation and follow-through Calm, solutions-focused mindset What's on offer Stable retail environment with a consistent flow of client enquiries Supportive team and variety of bookings across leisure travel Staff travel discounts and industry benefits (where applicable) Full-time Apply now Send your CV and a short note on your travel consulting experience to be considered.
