IEPro are working with a well-established civil contractor to recruit a Site Engineer for civil, water and pipeline infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This opportunity sits within a contractor recognised for delivering technically challenging water, sewer, and pipeline works in both urban and regional environments. You will be part of a structured delivery team with strong systems, experienced supervisors, and a consistent pipeline of work. This role is ideal for a Site Engineer who enjoys being embedded on site, working closely with crews, and taking ownership of day-to-day engineering delivery. The Opportunity As Site Engineer, you will support the construction and delivery of civil, water and pipeline projects, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and in line with program requirements. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, contributing directly to site coordination, quality control, and technical compliance. This role suits someone looking to deepen their experience across civil, water and pipeline construction while building strong foundations for future progression. The Role In this role, you will: FIFO roster 2:1 to site Support daily site operations across civil, water and pipeline works Set out works and provide technical guidance to site crews Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance Maintain site records, diaries, and as-built documentation Assist with inspections, testing, and quality assurance processes Support progress tracking, reporting, and issue resolution About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline Experience working as a Site Engineer on civil construction projects Exposure to civil, water, sewer, or pipeline infrastructure works Understanding of trenching, services installation, and live environments Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work effectively with site crews and supervisors A proactive and solutions-focused approach Commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits Salary up to $120k base depending on your experience Permanent role based in Western Australia Exposure to water and pipeline infrastructure projects Supportive project teams and well-established systems Competitive salary package tailored to experience super Long-term stability with a strong forward pipeline Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
