IEPro are working with a well-established civil contractor to recruit a Project Engineer for FIFO site-based delivery of civil and water infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This opportunity suits a Project Engineer who enjoys being on site, working closely with supervisors and crews, and building practical delivery experience across a range of projects. You will be supported by an experienced team including and senior engineers, with clear pathways for progression. The Opportunity As Project Engineer, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil, water and pipeline projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with program requirements. Working on a FIFO 2:1 roster, you will play a key role in daily site coordination and technical delivery. The Role In this role, you will: Support on-site delivery of civil and water infrastructure works Assist with planning, programming, and daily site coordination Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Manage RFIs, technical queries, and site documentation Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance Assist with progress tracking, reporting, and cost control Support inspections, testing, and quality assurance processes About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline Experience working as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer in civil construction Exposure to civil, water, or pipeline projects Ability to work effectively in a FIFO site environment Strong communication and coordination skills Willingness to learn and develop under senior leadership A practical, solutions-focused mindset Commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits FIFO role on a 2:1 roster A base salary up to $150k super depending on your experience Exposure to water and pipeline infrastructure projects Strong support from experienced project and site teams Clear development pathway toward senior engineering roles Long-term pipeline of work Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
