IEPro are working with a respected civil contractor to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver complex infrastructure projects in New South Wales. This opportunity sits within a business delivering technically challenging FRP, concrete, and vertical concrete structure works. The role offers flexibility to FIFO from Brisbane or operate locally, with a structured 10:4 roster and paid travel time. You will take full ownership of project delivery, leading teams on site while working closely with senior leadership to drive safety, quality, and commercial outcomes. The Opportunity As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex structural packages, ensuring program certainty and financial performance are maintained. This role suits a senior operator who is comfortable managing high-risk, technically demanding works and enjoys accountability, autonomy, and strong delivery focus. The Role In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end delivery of FRP and concrete structure projects Manage project planning, programming, and resourcing Oversee budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting Lead subcontractor procurement and performance management Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Coordinate works involving vertical and complex concrete structures Identify and mitigate project risks while driving practical solutions Report directly to senior leadership on project performance Build and lead high-performing site and project teams About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on civil or structural projects Mandatory experience delivering FRP works Strong background in concrete and vertical concrete structures Solid commercial and contract management capability Ability to lead teams in high-risk and complex environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A practical and solutions-focused approach to delivery The Benefits FIFO from Brisbane into NSW (local residents considered) 10:4 roster with paid travel days Salary package up to $220k plus super plus car plus uplift Competitive salary package tailored to experience super Immediate start on secured projects Opportunity to lead technically complex, high-value works Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
