IEPro are working with a highly regarded civil contractor to hire an experienced Project Manager to deliver road and civil infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. This opportunity sits within a business with a strong reputation for delivering DTMR and council-funded works, supported by experienced leadership, robust systems, and a consistent pipeline of projects. You will report directly to senior regional leadership and play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and commercially sound project delivery across multiple sites. The Opportunity As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning, coordination, and delivery of road and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, program, and financial targets are achieved. You will work closely with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives, managing projects from early works through to completion. This role suits a hands-on Project Manager who understands DTMR and council environments and enjoys leading teams on technically and logistically complex road projects. The Role In this role, you will: Manage end-to-end delivery of road and civil infrastructure projects Oversee project programming, resourcing, and construction sequencing Lead cost control, forecasting, progress claims, and variations Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and compliance Ensure works meet DTMR and council specifications and standards Identify and mitigate project risks while driving practical solutions Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities Report on project performance, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and quality across site teams About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar Proven experience delivering road and civil infrastructure projects Strong understanding of DTMR and local council requirements Solid commercial and contract management capability Confident leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple work fronts and competing priorities A practical, solutions-focused approach to delivery Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits Permanent role based in South East Queensland region A salary package up to $240k tailored to experience Long-term pipeline of DTMR and council road projects Supportive senior leadership and established delivery systems Opportunity to work on complex and high-value infrastructure works Clear pathways for career progression and development Please note: Applications will only be considered from Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents with local experience.
