About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Technician / Sales Engineer with proven expertise in industrial CNC machines, machining centres and automation solutions to drive new business and expand customer relationships. In this role you will: Be a trusted technical advisor and sales specialist for premium machine tool technologies Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to solution proposals, technical demonstrations and closing Translate complex manufacturing requirements into tailored CNC solutions Collaborate closely with service, applications and engineering teams to ensure customer success Represent the company at customer sites, industry events and technical forums Deliver on sales targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives Requirements for this role Strong background in sales of CNC machine tools including lathes, milling machines, multi-axis machining centres and automation Deep understanding of CNC manufacturing processes and buyer needs (precision machining, cycle time optimisation, production automation) Proven track record achieving revenue targets in a technical sales environment Ability to confidently deliver technical presentations, machine demonstrations and solution proposals Excellent relationship-building skills with OEMs, end users and supply chain partners Commercial acumen and ability to negotiate contracts and close complex deals Valid driver licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
