Sydney CBD Permanent Role $85K - $100K Super About the Role: Our client is a leading property owner own a number of A Grade assets in the CBD. They are seeking an Facilities Coordinator to help oversee a A-grade commercial asset in the heart of the Sydney CBD, working with a highly technical and top class in house Facilities and Property Management team. Responsibilities: Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operations of an A-Grade commercial building Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts) Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues Ensure compliance with WHS standards, building regulations, and sustainability initiatives (e.g. NABERS) Support with budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes Requirements: Prior experience in a commercial property facilities management role for another landlord Strong technical understanding of building operations and essential services Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills How to Apply: If you have a background in facilities management and are looking to take the next step in your career with a supportive landlord-side role, please send a copy of your resume to Donny at dmudiasa@talentweb.com.au or click 'apply' to submit your resume and register your interest today.
