The Role You will oversee full project lifecycle including: Planning, scheduling & procurement Design coordination and engineering problem-solving Financials, forecasting, variations & claims Subcontractor oversight & stakeholder management Commissioning, testing & handover About You We’re seeking: Proven PM experience in HVAC/mechanical building services Exposure to commercial, industrial or health facilities projects Strong contractual/commercial awareness Confident communicator with leadership capability Mechanical Engineering qualifications highly regarded.
