They deliver end-to-end services across Strata Management, Property Insurance, Maintenance and related disciplines. The Role: If you enjoy bringing order to your day, keeping accounts on track and helping people understand what they owe and why, you’ll feel right at home with this role. The role calls for a Collections Officer who can steady the ship across the levy arrears process and support reliable cashflow for the strata buildings they manage. Working with an established Finance team of 6 team members, you’ll work closely with the strata managers, committees, owners and legal partners, using a structured and transparent recovery process. Key Responsibilities: Monitor overdue levy accounts and issue reminder notices Liaise with owners regarding arrears, payment options and next steps Accurately document all communication and actions Escalate matters in line with legislation and internal procedures Prepare complete and compliant referral files for legal action Keep Strata Managers and Committees informed throughout the process Contribute to improvements in recovery procedures and templates Specific requirements: This role suits someone who enjoys methodical work, firm-but-fair conversations and the satisfaction of seeing tangible results.
