ATLAS Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a National commercial company who specialise in Commercial Fit Out. Candidates are required to have a minimum 3 years relative management experience and demonstrate a sound understanding of building principals and regulations. Trade qualifications highly desirable. You’ll own day‑to‑day site operations, safety, quality, and programme on a fast‑track, design‑driven project. Responsibilities Manage all on‑site works to programme, budget, and quality targets Lead and coordinate subcontractors and trades Enforce WHS, site safety plans, and risk controls Plan short‑term programmes and manage site logistics in tight environments Liaise with the Project Manager, CA, and client reps Oversee inspections, ITPs, and defect management About You Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foreman on commercial fit‑out or refurb projects Exposure to hospitality, F&B, or high‑end retail preferred Experience on projects $10m Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management Trade or construction qualification and current White Card How to apply: For any questions relating to this role please click apply.
