Contracts Administrator | Commercial Fit-Out | Brisbane $140,000 - $165,000 super (DOE) An established Brisbane fit-out and construction contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support delivery across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. The role Reporting to the Project Manager (with support from the Construction Manager), you'll be a core part of the delivery team, working closely with the Site Manager and internal stakeholders. You'll also deal directly with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors. Key focus areas include procurement, subcontract administration, financial control, and contract compliance to ensure projects run on programme, on budget, and to a high standard.
