AM Shift | 6:00am - 2:30pm | $40.89 per hour PM Shift | 3:00pm - 11:30pm| $47.03 per hour Transcend Workforce is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join a leading steel manufacturing and reinforcement workshop based in Sunshine North. You'll be operating cutting and bending machines in a fast-paced environment. Job description Operate heavy-duty, high-precision steel cutting and bending machines Use of gantry crane to safely move materials Load steel coils or bars into machines Monitor automatic feeding, cutting, and bending operations Conduct quality checks against bar schedules About You: Proven machine operation experience - essential Background in manufacturing or steel reinforcement Knowledge of rebar types and grades is a bonus! Forklift licence is highly regarded but not essential Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and police check Must have full Australian working rights Experience from a heavy manufacturing environment is essential for this role.
