You'll be given opportunities to manage projects start to finish, small large, residential subdivisions, industrial subdivisions, other one-off projects which will prove interesting, challenge and engaging. You will take home between $120k and $150k p/a Super, depending on experience. If you have greater experience, this may well be more. You probably want to know what’s involved. If you’ve built 5 or more years’ experience in civil engineering or project management, from a design background , you’ll understand what’s needed already: Coordinating consultants. Managing clients. Keeping projects on track while maintaining strong technical standards A NER qualification is important. So is the ability to communicate clearly and work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role is based in a CBD fringe / inner east office , with a mostly office-based working setup . You may prefer to work in the Geelong office. You’ll be part of a team that works closely together, values good judgement and supports one another as the business continues to grow. There’s genuine opportunity here to grow with the consultancy over time, and to help shape how projects are delivered as the team evolves.
