Working closely with the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of large and complex projects, leading site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, to the highest quality, within budget, and on programme. This role suits a seasoned Site Manager who is confident running major projects end-to-end and thrives in a leadership role. About the Role As the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and performance of site operations. You will work closely with the Project Manager to manage programme sequencing, safety, quality, and stakeholder relationships, while maintaining strong site culture and accountability. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of large, complex residential construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and site logistics to maintain programme certainty Work closely with the Project Manager to manage construction sequencing and milestones Ensure all works are delivered safely and in full compliance with WHS legislation and site requirements Maintain high standards of build quality and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards Monitor site performance and proactively manage risks impacting safety, quality, programme, or cost Build and maintain strong working relationships with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders Oversee defect management and drive quality outcomes through to handover What We’re Looking For Experience and Capability Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on high-rise residential projects Experience delivering Class 2 new-build projects valued $50M–$100M Prior experience working for a developer-builder is highly regarded Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and programme control Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and proven experience managing site safety Personal Attributes Strong leader who sets clear expectations and leads by example Highly organised, decisive, and outcome-focused Professional communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Calm under pressure and confident managing complex site environments Operates with integrity, accountability, and respect Join Our Team Submit your resume via the Quick apply button and ensure your profile contains relevant project examples so we can assess your candidature quickly.
