Two Positions: (refer to Job reference code) Position:Responsibile for the management of a group of properties with State biodiversity offsets, (Ref code: State01) Position: Responsible for the management of a group of properties with Federal biodiversity offsets.(Ref code:Fed02) Applicants for the position managing Federal biodiversity offsets are expected to have more experience in all areas of the Key Selection Criteria. Both positions involve planning works, practical implementation on the ground, and annual reporting to the relevant authority. Key Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience in land management, including: knowledge of weed control techniques and safe use of herbicides excellent plant identification skills in Victorian indigenous and weed species operating and maintaining a range of handheld power tools pest animal control ecological monitoring; camera traps, vegetation surveys, fauna surveys Demonstrated experience in planning land management tasks to achieve required targets Computer skills and familiarity with use of mobile phone apps including Microsoft applications, Google Suite applications, and mapping platforms.
