We’re looking for a Garbage Truck Operator to join our Waste Services Team. PPE and uniform provided. A current and valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence is essential for this role Your Role Operate Council’s Garbage Trucks Undertake waste collection services in accordance with operational procedures Ensuring that the vehicle is driven and operated in a safe and competent manner Abiding by all road traffic laws and regulations Working as a casual on an as and when needed basis Your Working Environment (for eligible employees) All Uniforms & PPE supplied. 50% loading applies to work performed on a Saturday. 100% loading applies to work performed on a Sunday. Adverse Working Conditions Allowance Hourly rate of pay starts at $30.70 - $33.16 plus a 25% casual loading.
