You will be preparing, cooking, and seasoning foods in our establishment. Responsibilities and Expectations: Inspecting ingredients and food products to maintain high quality standards. Controlling and monitoring the temperature of ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment. Preparing, cooking, and seasoning dishes to ensure proper flavor. Portioning and plating food, including adding sauces, gravies, and garnishes. Storing ingredients and prepared food in temperature-controlled environments. Preparing meals according to special dietary needs. Assisting with menu planning and estimating ingredient requirements. Training and mentoring other kitchen staff and apprentices as needed.
