Collaborate with teaching staff to plan, deliver, and support individualised educational programs that meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of students, while leading key school initiatives such as the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden, Rock and Water, and Learning Through Doing programs. The role is responsible for coordinating activities, managing resources and equipment, ensuring safe supervision, and supporting inclusive participation, particularly for students with additional needs and contribute to whole-school engagement through participation in school events and professional development. This role is essential to the successful delivery of hands-on, project-based learning and to strengthening student wellbeing, inclusion, and engagement across the school.
