We are looking for a passionate Cyber Security Engineer to join our established practice and contribute towards the delivery of quality services to our Managed Security Services customers. You will mentor & coach junior team members, contribute to internal improvement initiatives & act as an escalation point for your team & internal stakeholders. As our Cyber Security Engineering Lead, your role will be at the very frontline of the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC). You have a good grasp of technology & the components that underpin modern ICT environments, you are comfortable working with a wide range of technologies & have a passion for cyber security across emerging tech & trends. Design and deploy managed security platforms for new and existing customers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to the existing SOC security tool stacks including Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Carbon Black, ZScaler, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, Azure and AWS . Work with customers to reduce their vulnerability exposure and reduce the related risk Lead the onboarding of new services within the Cyber Security practice ensuring a smooth process Grow your team by coaching individuals, supporting professional development plans, guide career pathways, and facilitate development activities What we'd love to see? 2 years’ experience in deploying and configuring security products used by a SOC 1 years' experience as a Technical Lead Strong technical hands-on experience across a range of security technologies including Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Carbon Black, ZScaler, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, Azure and AWS .
