About the Role As Boutique Manager, you will have full ownership of the Melbourne showroom, leading both the customer experience and the team. You will be responsible for delivering a refined, memorable experience for brides while driving commercial performance and upholding premium brand standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne showroom Deliver an exceptional, appointment-led customer experience Recruit, train, coach and inspire a high-performing boutique team Drive sales performance, KPIs and conversion through strong leadership and clienteling Manage rosters, payroll, budgets and reporting Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring culture and values are lived on the floor About You Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager in premium or luxury retail Highly service-led with a warm, confident and polished leadership style Strong commercial acumen with a consistent record of achieving sales targets Experience in appointment-based or high-touch retail environments highly regarded Passion for fashion, luxury or bridal experiences Bridal experience is advantageous but not essential - leadership, emotional intelligence and service excellence are key.
