About your opportunity: In this position you will: Provide clinical practice and professional supervision, including a role in competency training and skill development to less experienced Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, Undergraduate students and observational clinical placements, Nursing and support staff. Utilise well developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution skills to develop and enhance professional partnerships and apply cultural competencies to effectively liaise and educate clients/carers (including those from First Nations and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds). Manage and prioritise relevant waitlists, while also employing innovative strategies to meet demand in coordinating the delivery of an effective service. Assume the role of clinical educator for undergraduate Physiotherapy students and provide professional supervision to less experienced Physiotherapists.
