This is a pivotal leadership role for a senior professional who enjoys combining technical excellence, client leadership, and strategic influence within a collaborative, high-quality consulting environment. The Opportunity As Associate Director, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction while leading the delivery of complex consultancy engagements across a diverse client base. You will work closely with the Directors to drive growth, mentor emerging talent, and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Inspire high performance while supporting professional development and career progression Promote an inclusive, values-driven workplace culture Strategy & Business Development Partner with Directors to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives Identify and secure new business opportunities and long-term client relationships Contribute to market positioning, client engagement strategies, and revenue growth Technical & Project Oversight Oversee delivery of client-side PM and building consultancy services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within fee, and to a high standard Provide technical leadership across condition reports, technical due diligence, and make-good assessments Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and industry best practice Client Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor to key clients Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for value-added services Build and maintain long-term client partnerships About You 10 years’ experience in client-side PM, building consultancy, or senior construction roles Proven leadership capability with strong commercial and strategic acumen Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of Australian building regulations and standards AIPM, PMP or similar certifications highly regarded Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline What’s On Offer $200k – $300k package (flexible for the right candidate) Senior leadership position within a respected boutique consultancy High level of autonomy and influence Exposure to premium clients and complex projects Clear long-term growth pathway For more information please call Lauren Ostler or APPLY now!
