Our client, a well-established and highly regarded real estate agency based in South Perth, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join their growing team. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of service is delivered at all times. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end property management for a portfolio of around 70 properties. Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Managing maintenance, arrears, inspections, and lease renewals. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures. Providing exceptional customer service to predominantly investor clients. Assisting with administrative and reporting requirements as needed. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will have: Fluent in English and Mandarin. (This is essential) Proven experience in residential property management. Current Property Management Registration and CPD compliance. Strong understanding of WA tenancy legislation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail and strong organisational ability. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. An interest in progressing long-term into Sales or Business Development will be viewed favorably but is not essential.
