The Opportunity You will be a key leader within the Urban Land Development team , delivering complex, high-profile projects across: Major residential subdivisions Large-scale industrial and logistics estates Mixed-use urban precincts Commercial land development Masterplanned communities and city-shaping infrastructure Projects range from early-stage feasibility and concept design through to detailed design, construction support, and delivery, working alongside planners, architects, environmental specialists, and infrastructure teams. This is a genuine Technical Director role, going well beyond project delivery to include technical oversight, strategic leadership, mentoring, and influencing outcomes across the wider business.
