The Role Working as part of a global team, you will support the management of IFM’s compliance with a range of statutory and regulatory obligations. In this role, you will: Maintain and apply a strong understanding of Australian regulatory priorities and guidance, as well as relevant global requirements. Partner with the business to provide advice and ensure compliance risks are effectively identified and manage. Contribute to, and where appropriate, lead the delivery of compliance monitoring reviews. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of day‑to‑day compliance activities. Your Background and Experience You will have completed studies in law, commerce, economics, finance, or a related field, supported by experience in funds management or financial services and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements. You bring strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and influencing outcomes, with a focus on delivering high‑quality work within required timeframes.
