Your Team Corporate Core is the team that provides technology support, project leadership, problem management and strategic technical development for the Corporate Core Applications. This dynamic role reports indirectly to the Director of Corporate Platforms. Your Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing expert guidance and advice on the development and design of projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support stakeholders in achieving the organization's goals and objectives. Develop and deliver tailored training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees, ensuring they can effectively support stakeholders. Translate complex technical solutions and requirements into clear, concise language for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they understand the impact and benefits. Collaborate with stakeholders to test and evaluate the impact of technical solutions on the organization's operations, ensuring they meet business needs. Provide expert advice on compliance and engineering standards, helping stakeholders navigate regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Contribute specialized knowledge to improve processes and documentation, making it easier for stakeholders to achieve their goals. Support project management activities by offering expert advice and guidance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your Capability and Experience Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Thorough understanding of the latest developments and trends in the relevant field. Project management experience Strong Problem-Solving Skills and conflict resolution.
