The Opportunity: This is a great full-time, permanent opportunity for a Clinical Manager to work closely with another onsite Clinical Manager to collaborate, lead the clinical and care team to ensure optimal care and services, helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Hawthorn . You will be a clinically focused, experienced aged care professional, who can engage with your team to coach and mentor, drive continuous improvement, whilst working closely with our experienced Facility Manager to deliver excellence in clinical and person-centred care. This position is considered a Key Personnel role, being responsible for day-to-day operations, and having authority, decision-making, influence & responsibility for planning and directing activities within our organisation.
