We’re hunting for an experienced Operator/Loader to jump on board our Transport team full-time and help keep things moving! In this position, you will oversee the operations in the Yard to ensure safe and effective production. You will have prior experience in loading operations, be forward-thinking and a proactive individual who can multitask to achieve the best possible outcome. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-start checks on all equipment and machinery before it is used. Report any faults to Supervisor immediately. Drive/ reverse trailers in the yard, cage and bar shop. Ensure Safe load/ unload of all trucks. Stock count weekly. Keep yard neat, tidy and safe. Empty scape bins. Work with manager to have yard set up. Help load cells onto trucks. Load bar/ coil into shed. Skills And Experiences What are we looking for in the successful candidate? Previous experience in production processes and quality control. Physically fit and able to operate machinery. Forklift license. Strong communication skills. Highly organised with an ability to follow directions and safety requirements. Good understanding of computer programming. Truck license (HR-MC) an advantage. Training in COR requirements desirable. First Aid qualification desirable. What’s in it for you Free parking onsite.
