Located on the Camperdown Campus at the School of Physics Opportunity to join the Quantum Science Group in an experimental research focused role within the Quantum Integration Laboratory Base Salary Level B, $127,436 p.a (pro-rata) 17% Superannuation About the opportunity The University of Sydney’s School of Physics is welcoming applicants for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in in Experimental Quantum Science In this role, the successful candidate will apply and further develop advanced research expertise to contribute to the University’s leadership in the discipline. Working independently and collaboratively within the Quantum Integration Laboratory and broader Quantum Science Group , the Fellow will design and deliver high-quality research outcomes, provide expert advice, and exercise sound judgement in addressing the challenge of hybrid microwave-optical quantum hardware using rare-earth ions in solids.
