Role Detail The Technology team makes sure everyone has the right technology, systems, training, and help they need to do their jobs well and give great service to clients. As a top-tier law firm, the technology needs to be modern, reliable, and used properly. This role is all about helping people work better together by making sure they know how to use the right tools and information to be productive. Based in the Perth CBD office, reporting to the Melbourne based Technology Learning Manager, you will focus on local and national technology adoption, change management, and delivering learning outcomes that support the firm’s technology roadmap. This 12-month fixed-term will use your knowledge of Microsoft 365, generative AI tools like Copilot, and other core systems, to help staff learn new technology, improve their digital skills, and make every day work easier and more efficient. Key responsibilities will include: Updating learning and communications materials to reflect the firm’s new name and brand. Supporting the rollout of major national technology programs, including co-authoring tools and AI adoption. Collaborating with national stakeholders to drive consistent learning experiences and uplift technology capability across the firm. Helping the Technology Change, Communications and Learning team deliver training and build new learning content. About You This Fixed Term Contract will see you join the firm during a time of rapid change - Your ability to adapt and work with ambiguity will set you up for success, however your point of difference will be your exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills, as you engage with the firm to understand how our people work and to help them move the dial in terms of their use of technology. Part of the smaller Perth Technology team, yet supported by the wider national team, you will enjoy the autonomy and sense of responsibility needed to be successful in the role. With such rapid change anticipated, there is an element of change management needed in this role, to take our stakeholders through the change journey and adoption of technology. You will also need: Experience in technology adoption and change-supported projects. Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate 360 and e-learning platforms. Experience with legal technology platforms (desirable).
