We offer clinic and community-based therapy sessions for children, adolescents and adults, in Metropolitan Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. Our office space is joint with a Speech Pathology service, which enables opportunity for further development and holistic intervention approaches. The Role In this role, you will: Work with a mixed caseload of predominantly paediatric clients, presenting with a range of disabilities and occupational performance issues. Work in a variety of settings within the community, such as homes, schools and childcares. Be supported to provide holistic, effective, goal-orientated and quality assessment and interventions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and their families The Benefits A comprehensive induction process, including support with learning client software, assessments and reports, handover sessions and shadowing of therapists. Desired Skills or Experience To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes: Successful completion of a Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA. A Working With Children's Check (WWCC), Child Safe Environments (CSE) and Reporting Abuse and Neglect (RRAN-EC) certification, or willingness to apply. Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills. Ability to use initiative and work independently. Integrity in own behaviour and in dealings with others. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Passionate, energetic, resourceful, innovative and flexible in responding to challenges. Ability to communicate effectively with children, young people, adults and co-workers. Experience working with children or adults with a disability or delay. A reliable vehicle and valid Australian Driver's License. Knowledge of NDIS (desired).
