We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager – Education to lead our education portfolio and help shape better outcomes for schools, tertiary institutions and communities. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll manage and grow relationships with schools and tertiary institutions across New Zealand, acting as the key liaison between LifeCare and education clients. This role is based in our Penrose office but includes travel for client meetings and conferences (a pool vehicle is provided). NOTE: This is a base salary commission remuneration structure. The SEEK search range indicates base only at a fully annualised rate. The base salary will be pro-rated for hours worked given the part-time nature of the role. The commission depends you and your desire to succeed! What You’ll Do Build strong relationships with principals, business managers, and education leaders. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow LifeCare’s presence in the education sector. Prepare tailored proposals and confidently present at meetings and conferences. Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the education team. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in the education sector or working closely with teaching staff. Proven account management or business development experience. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organised, innovative, and resolution-focused. Comfortable with travel and occasional out-of-hours networking events.
