Specialist – Worker Wellbeing (Injury Management) Location- Coomera We are seeking a hands on and proactive Specialist – Worker Wellbeing to support the effective management of injury management and return to work outcomes across the business. This role is critical in ensuring timely, well documented and people focused outcomes, particularly in sensitive recovery at work matters. Reporting to the Head of HSE, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment with a leader who values open communication, trust and accountability, without micromanagement. About the role • Manage end to end injury management and recovery at work cases, ensuring deadlines, legislative obligations and internal standards are consistently met • Act as a trusted point of contact for injured workers, providing clear, empathetic and practical guidance through sensitive return to work matters • Maintain meticulous case notes, documentation and follow up using SOLV as the case management system • Proactively identify risks, barriers and delays in cases and take ownership to resolve them • Liaise with medical providers, rehabilitation providers, insurers and internal stakeholders to support safe and sustainable return to work outcomes • Provide accurate reporting and insights to support continuous improvement in wellbeing and injury management practices • Partner closely with operational leaders and People and Safety teams to promote early intervention and a strong recovery at work culture About you • Hands on, organised and highly disciplined in managing competing priorities and deadlines • Proactive by nature, with strong follow through and attention to detail • Confident communicator with well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sensitive and complex conversations • Comfortable working with frontline leaders and blue collar workforces • Strong documentation mindset with experience using injury management or case management systems, SOLV experience highly regarded • Sound knowledge of workers’ compensation, injury management and return to work practices • Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment What we offer • A genuinely supportive leader with an open, collaborative management style • A role where you can be hands on and make a real impact on people’s wellbeing • An environment that values accountability, clear communication and continuous improvement • The opportunity to work closely with operational and senior stakeholders across the business At Kinetic, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
