Sales Consultant (Closer & Client Onboarding) We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to convert qualified leads into paying members and ensure a smooth onboarding experience from sale to service delivery. About the role This role focuses on running sales consultations, closing aligned clients, and bridging the handover to trainers and the service team to ensure clients start strong and understand program expectations. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound follow-ups via calls, texts, emails, and DMs Qualify prospects on goals, urgency, readiness, budget, and schedule fit Conduct sales consultations (phone, video, or in-studio) Perform Bioscans and Body-Type Analysis Handle objections, close sales, and collect payments in line with current offers Coordinate onboarding: start date, trainer allocation, schedule, and first session Ensure clients understand attendance expectations and program basics Maintain accurate CRM records with clear notes for trainers and service teams What we’re looking for Proven experience in sales closing or consultative sales Strong communication and objection-handling skills Highly organised with excellent CRM discipline Comfortable working to KPIs and revenue targets Fitness, wellness, or service-based sales experience is a plus KPIs Consults booked, show rate, close rate, revenue, time-to-onboard, first-session booked rate, and early churn trends.
