Client Our client is a family-owned agribusiness, founded in 1989, designing and supplying pumps, sprayers and related equipment to the rural sector. The business is known for practical solutions, quality products and strong after-sales support, backed by an experienced national team. With continual business expansion they now require a Territory Sales Representative to cover Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Role & Responsibilities This is a field-based sales role focused on dealer and customer engagement across the territory. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and growing sales across Southern QLD and Northern NSW. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and key customers. • Implementing agreed sales plans, call cycles and promotional activity. • Identifying new business opportunities and supporting dealer network growth. • Representing the business at field days, trade shows and industry events. • Providing regular sales reporting, market feedback and competitor insights. Requirements • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within machinery, equipment or agricultural inputs. • Strong understanding of the rural and agricultural sector. • Proven ability to build long-term customer and dealer relationships. • Sound commercial judgement, negotiation and presentation skills. • Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of managing a large territory. • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a small team.
