An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior property lawyer to join a newly established and fast growing practice that specialises in the purchase and sale of medical practices. This is a key hire within the business. The firm has experienced rapid growth since opening late last year and is now seeking a lawyer who can confidently manage end to end conveyancing matters and help support a small but busy team. The Opportunity This role would suit a property lawyer who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a growing environment, and wants to play a meaningful role in building a practice from the ground up. You’ll work closely with a young, entrepreneurial principal who is highly driven, supportive, and genuinely invested in developing his team; while also giving you the trust and freedom to run your own matters. Key Responsibilities End to end carriage of commercial conveyancing matters Purchase and sale of medical practices Commercial leasing matters Drafting and reviewing contracts and associated documents Managing settlements, timelines, and critical dates Working autonomously while collaborating with the principal and conveyancing support team as needed About You 2 years post qualification experience in property law Strong conveyancing experience is essential Able to hit the ground running and manage files independently Organised, proactive, and confident managing competing deadlines A go getter personality — bright, personable, and engaged Comfortable working with a range of clients and professional referrers What’s On Offer High level of autonomy with access to mentorship when needed Opportunity to help shape a growing practice and its culture Exposure to a niche and highly active area of law Opportunities to get involved in business development over time Hybrid working model once established (2–3 days in office) Long term progression opportunities — there is no ceiling here!
