With senior professionals as your direct team, you'll use their strengths and contributions to conduct operations across our most diverse portfolio of propertiesThe OpportunityReporting to the Senior Director of Operations ANZ, you will:Lead & Inspire: Mentor and guide General Managers and senior leaders across the region.Drive Performance: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets for the region.Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain brand standards, compliance, and service quality.Maximise Value & Profit: Implement strategies to drive demand, maximise revenue and leverage operational efficiencies.Foster Culture & Capability: Build a positive, engaged workforce and champion talent development.Strategic Development and Transformation: Identify opportunities for innovation and repositioning, lead refurbishment programs and new openings and champion companywide transformation programs.About You5–7 years’ experience leading multi-property, multi brand hotel operations,Proven success driving commercial performance and operational excellence across diverse assets.Demonstrated capability of delivering strong financial acumen, guest and team results Deep operational expertise across Rooms and Food & Beverage.The ability to leverage strong commercial acumen and uncover actionable insights from diverse data sets to drive decision making, planning and strategy.Demonstrated experience with Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), leasing structures, including owner engagement and negotiation.A confident leader and thoughtful communicator, managing stakeholders and competing priorities with consistent effectiveness.Experience working within a centralised hotel management model.The ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment About UsTFE Hotels combines an enviable portfolio of properties with a culture that brings out the best in our teams.
