About the Role Mandurah Corps is seeking an organised, friendly and proactive Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our community-focused site. In this role, you’ll assist our Officers, Ministry Leaders and staff with day-to-day administration, communications, volunteer processes and customer service. You’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also keeping our systems, records and site operations running efficiently behind the scenes. This is a permanent part-time position (0.4 FTE), working Tuesday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm. How You Will Make an Impact Provide general administrative support across the Corp. Assist with newsletters, social media content and communications for community events and activities. Support financial processes including banking, invoicing, receipting and purchasing. Help maintain a safe and well-presented site through WHS checks and coordination with cleaners and gardeners. Deliver warm, professional customer service at reception, over the phone and via email. Manage room bookings and hall hires for community groups and events. Maintain supplies, resources and equipment to support daily operations. Assist with volunteer recruitment and compliance, including onboarding and database updates. Contribute positively to a collaborative, community-minded team. What You Will Bring Strong administration experience and confidence using databases and digital systems. Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms. Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail. A friendly, professional approach to customer service. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
