We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager on a part-time basis to play a pivotal role at the intersection of content, product, and customer experience. This role focuses on shaping how users and client stakeholders experience Vitaport through campaigns, journeys, and platform communications, with a strong emphasis on clarity, prioritisation, and commercial alignment. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, this role works closely with strategy, product, and customer success teams. It is well suited to someone who collaborates confidently across functions and translates complex ideas, insights, and user needs into clear, engaging content that supports both engagement and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Content Development Develop and maintain compelling, prioritised content for Vitaport’s Monthly Active Campaigns, including articles, emails, toolkits, and in-platform prompts. Focus on quality, clarity, and impact rather than high-volume production. - User Journey and Platform Experience (UX Writing) Write and optimise UX copy across onboarding flows, guided journeys, prompts, nudges, and platform interfaces. Support behavioural engagement, adoption, and sustained platform value. - Customer Communications and Launches Lead customer-facing communications for feature launches, platform updates, and onboarding materials. Translate technical or product changes into clear, accessible messaging for end users and client stakeholders, including senior client audiences where appropriate. Develop supporting materials that explain platform functionality, modules, and user value. - Strategic Storytelling and Reporting Translate engagement data, insights, and feedback into case studies, reports, and advisory content. Develop executive-ready summaries and proof-of-value narratives that support stakeholder engagement, renewal, and expansion conversations. Collaborate with analytics and platform teams to ensure accuracy and credibility of insights. Essential Skills and Experience: 5–7 years’ experience in content writing, editorial, or related roles. Proven experience working with digital products or SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of UX writing, user journeys, and engagement design. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly, and commercially relevant content. Comfortable working in ambiguous, cross-functional environments where priorities evolve and judgement is required. Experience supporting lifecycle communications, engagement journeys, or nurture-style content. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across product, technology, customer success, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience in health, wellbeing, HR, or digital health environments is preferred. This is a part-time role focused on delivering the highest-impact content and journeys each month rather than high-volume production.
