Work closely with HRBP’s and leaders to proactively identify, manage and resolve workplace issues before escalation Support enterprise agreement bargaining and policy updates Provide ER insights, analysis and reporting to support informed business decisions-making Coaching and upskilling leaders through ongoing advice, training and guidance on employment relations best practice Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Industrial Relations, with demonstrated practical application of ER/IR principles. Working knowledge of Australian & NZ employment legislation and industrial frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence, coach and partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
