Full job description About the Role Naturally Fresh Pty Ltd is a leading wholesale supplier of fresh fruits and vegetables specially to hospitality businesses across Sydney. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in a permanent full-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, product-driven business where accuracy, efficiency, and accountability are key. You will support end-to-end financial operations and reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to process improvement as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly financial reports, BAS, and payroll obligations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial data entry Support year-end reporting and liaise with external auditors Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and internal policies Contribute to improving financial systems and processes Work closely with operations and procurement teams for cost tracking and analysis Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar accounting role Proficiency in accounting software Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organisational ability Experience in FMCG, food services, or logistics industry (Preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary: $75,000- $85,000 Superannuation Permanent full-time role in a stable, growing business Supportive and collaborative workplace culture Opportunities to grow with the business and take on leadership responsibilities
