Day in the Life Drive business performance by supporting sales and supporting the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Develop your team by coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performance and foster future leaders. Lead operational excellence by supporting visual merchandising and stock management to maintain a high-performing store. Engage the team by communicating business updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly and effectively. Champion the Lorna Jane brand by engaging with the local active community to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
