YOUR ROLE The Project Delivery Lead focuses on achieving an optimal balance between scope, cost, schedule, and risk, applying best-practice methodologies and MACS governance standards. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder engagement, proactive risk management, and disciplined delivery to meet agreed outcomes while driving continuous improvement and supporting organisational optimisation and transformation. Job Description WHAT YOU WILL DO Lead and/or support ESP strategic education transformation projects aligned with Flourish Learners Horizons, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable improvements in teaching, learning, and student outcomes in accordance with MACS 2030 Vision Develop and manage project plans that balance scope, cost, schedule, and risk applying adaptive delivery approaches suited to the ESP environment Provide oversight and support to ESP teams in accordance with the approved project management framework (PMF), governance and reporting requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability to senior leadership, steering committees, and external stakeholders Drive effective stakeholder engagement and change management to support the adoption of new practices, technologies, processes and policies across MACS Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, using data and insights to inform continuous improvement and ensure alignment with Education Excellence objectives Manage project resources effectively, including budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within approved parameters Champion innovation and continuous improvement by contributing to the refinement of project management frameworks and transformation methodologies within the ESP Unit. ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management within complex organisational environments, including planning, execution, delivery, and transition to business-as-usual Proven ability to deliver strategic transformation projects aligned with organisational vision and objectives, preferably in an education or public sector setting Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated expertise in project governance and reporting, including establishing governance structures, managing steering committees, and providing high-quality executive briefings Sound knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks, including adaptive delivery approaches (Agile/Hybrid) and effective risk management practices Demonstrated capability in change management and communications, supporting the adoption of new processes, technologies, and policies across large-scale organisations HOW TO APPLY Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
