The Manager - HR Business Partnering acts as a key strategic partner to operational leaders, ensuring people strategies are aligned with Parks Victoria's goals and that staff are supported to deliver safe, inclusive, and community-focused services. With a strong emphasis on collaborative partnering, the role is pivotal in driving organisational performance, improving leadership capability, and embedding consistent, proactive people practices across the organisation. The position also plays a leadership role in complex employee matters, coaching leaders to navigate change, industrial frameworks, and workforce challenges with integrity and confidence. We're looking for someone with: Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, business management or related fields is desirable Provide strategic HR leadership and partner with Senior Leaders to deliver people strategies that drive organisational performance, culture, and workforce capability Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR Business Partnering team to deliver expert advice, operational excellence, and proactive workforce solutions Proven ability to coach, mentor, motivate, empower and influence workforce and peers to high performance and continual improvement Your application will need to include: A Current Resume A Cover Letter Application Close date : Sunday, 8 February 2026 Sound like you?
