Job Description Key Responsibilities Partner with the General Manager and hotel leadership team to support financial strategy, performance, and decision-making Deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting to Accor and ownership groups Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with legislative requirements Provide financial guidance on Management Agreements, Owners Corporation matters, and HMA compliance Drive continuous improvement across financial systems, controls, policies, and reporting processes Support department heads with financial analysis, reporting, and commercial insights to improve profitability Ensure compliance with Accor financial policies, and all relevant statutory and legislative requirements
