We're looking for an Information Security And Compliance Analyst to support the day-to-day delivery of our governance, risk, compliance and assurance activities. This is an entry-level role with plenty of support, exposure, and room to grow your career - no prior Security or Compliance experience required . Ideal for a cyber security graduate or someone in a junior IT role who’s curious, switched on, and enjoys getting into the details. Maintain and improve policies, standards and procedures Help keep management system documentation accurate and current Review security, risk, privacy and compliance obligations and support reporting Maintain registers and tracking (controls, risks, actions, exceptions, audit findings) Assist with business continuity and disaster recovery documentation and test activities Help coordinate and report on cyber compliance issues and corrective actions Contribute to security awareness activities and internal training support What we'd love to see? Genuine interest in cyber security and a strong learning mindset Strong written communication and documentation skills (clear, structured, accurate) Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Good organisation, follow-up habits and the ability to manage competing deadlines A plus if you have… Some exposure to compliance, audits, ISO standards, privacy, risk or IT service delivery (helpful, not essential) A degree or diploma in IT, cyber, business (helpful), or equivalent experience and motivation Any prior experience in IT, Cyber Security, or risk & compliance advantageous but not essential Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter.
