About the Role: We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our team based in Barangaroo. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Strategy & Business Partnering, the Enterprise Architect enables Business and IT leaders to make informed investment decisions that balance current operational demands with the organisation’s long-term strategic vision. This role will lead architecture governance, define and champion enterprise-wide principles and standards, own and maintain the Enterprise Architecture repository, and ensure solution designs align with business priorities, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain key architecture artefacts, including the Business Capability Model, Technical Reference Model, Technology Roadmaps, architecture blueprints, principles, standards, and best practices. Provide guidance, mentoring, and thought leadership to technical SMEs within IT to support design and decision-making. Collaborate with Business, Digital and external stakeholders to ensure technology decisions balance risk, cost and compliance to deliver measurable value Evaluate new and alternative technologies to incumbent solutions, recommending adoption where they deliver business value Maintain the enterprise architecture playbook of frameworks, standards, and principles Develop and maintain technology roadmaps to guide the execution of business strategy and capability uplift Working closely with Cyber and GRC, design and implement efficient architecture governance processes that strengthen security, maintain compliance, and improve risk postures About you: You will have extensive experience in hands-on architectural leadership & delivery roles. You will have strong stakeholder management skills. You will also have: 5 years in architecture leadership roles, ideally in solution architecture with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud experience. TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification Deep knowledge of enterprise technologies, architecture patterns, and security standards Demonstrated competency in strategy development and implementation Deep understanding of architectural trade-offs, balancing scalability, maintainability, performance, and business priorities Proven experience in the design of scalable, secure, and business-aligned data architectures (conceptual, logical, and physical) that enable high‑quality analytics, interoperability, and cost‑efficient operations is highly desirable About Us: We are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
