Role Outline As a Communications Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for Messaging desktop and server applications, ensuring real-time monitoring of message traffic through Messaging Systems. Your duties will include message actioning and distribution, user account management, and after-hours notification. Additionally, you will provide user training in Messaging applications and manage local accounts to maintain messaging capability. To ensure successful coverage across all regions and time zones, you will work in 3-person shifts across 24/7. Please ensure that you possess one of these clearances before applying You will be successful in this role if you have: Proven experience in a Messaging desktop environment performing message delivery and distribution, and account administration. Minimum of 3 years in supporting Messaging support environment Experience in the delivery of IT support services with specified KPI’s Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong focus on providing customer service, with great verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
